During this Forum session, attendees will walk through the results and discuss the implications on the technology needs of those addressing these challenges, including:

  • Video: Moving and redacting large video files in the cloud with AI technology to save you time
  • Optical Character Recognition: How the use of OCR reduces your paper handling
  • Proactive Response: How real-time, in-line results reduce requests before you ever receive them.
  • Dynamic fields and workflow: Process more with less by gathering the information you need out of the gate.
  • Reporting and Oversight: Automate audit logs and reporting to save you time and ensure accuracy.

Investment Justification: Data to support technology investment decisions that address increases in complexity and remote work from the cloud.

Presenter

Jennifer Snyder, Chief Evangelist, GovQA

Although Chief Evangelist is a newly created role for GovQA, Jennifer Snyder has been unofficially evangelizing the state and local government market for over 11 years. Through guest speaking and moderating for government events, roundtables, associations plus daily discussions with customers, Jennifer has been in this role longer than it has been around. She also had gained experience managing local and international business development initiatives for B2B tech companies.

GovQA has created an Index that tracks, over the past 3 years, the growing complexity of your job managing Requests for Public Records. Anonymized data was analyzed around the quantity and size of files, scanning of paper documents, internal collaboration, clarification emails, and more. What they found was a steady, quantifiable increase in the demands put on public records managers.

This event will be held on Zoom - info on how to connect will be sent to registrants.
